Abstract ANALYSIS OF COMPARATIVE PHILOSOPHY OF HUMAN NATURE UNDERSTANDING ACCORDING TO THE SCIENTOLOGY TEACHING WITH THE TEACHINGTHE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH BASEDEVENT 1:27 IN KAMPUNG BUMBOK, KUCHING, SARAWAK, MALAYSIA. Byronchriswel Jobi Nim: 1511009 In this study, the author tries to examine the comparison of the understanding of human nature according to the teachings of the Church of Scientology with the teachings of the Church of the Seventh-day Adventist Church based on Genesis 1:27 in Bumbok Kampung Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. This study is based on three indicators: Understanding of Scientology's Teachings about Creation; Understanding of Human Safety According to Scientology; and Understanding of the Human Condition Before Sinning and after falling into sin. This research is also divided into two main parts, namely research in theory and research in the field. The result of this theory research is that Scientology does not believe that God exists and humans are very perfect individuals. Besides that, Scientology also understands that everything created in this world is from "Thetans" so that humans are created not for glory but are a game and a place where they ("Thetans") can live. Besides that, Scientology also believes that in this world there is no salvation for humans because humans do not commit sin and sin is not a form in the teachings of Scientology. Compared to the teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Bible does not say that this world was created by chance. Everything created in this world is the glory of God and created by God and not from other objects. Besides that, Salvation is the right of all people in this world because humans have fallen into sin and all who live in this world cannot be saved except through Jesus. Therefore, this comparison is very much needed by the Bumbok Village GMO congregation to find out all the comparisons between right and wrong. In the field, the results of the respondents gave a statement that all the statements contained in the questionnaire (P1-P20) were very well understood because the authors took from books based on Scientology's beliefs and all statements had very good interpretations.
