ABSTRACT THE IMAGE OF NURSES IN BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOME HEMODIALISA ROOM Name : Ria Amelia Sinuhaji Nim : 1351049 Email : rsinuhaji@gmail.com This research talk about nurse in the hemodialisa hospital adventists bandung .The purpose of this research is to identify picture the role of nurse based on the data demographic , a nurse as a whole and identify nurse the most dominant and not dominant .Methods used in research this is the method descriptive .A population that used is the patien with kidney failure chronicle who eventually get through hemodialisa in the hospital adventists bandung .An instrument that will be used is some the questionnaire along with stationery .The results obtained from the study is right data demographic the nurse from sex more women at appeal men .Nurse was overall very good .Nurse most dominant were nurses of the hospital adventists bandung skillful and trained while nurse who not dominant are nurse rarely giving counseling to the patien with kidney failure chronicle . The research is expected to benefit nurses in the hemodialisa to add motivation and support to patients kidney failure chronicle , then useful for the field of research , that research results can be used as basic data to further research .
