PENGARUH STRATEGI PROMOSI DAN KINERJA GURU TERHADAP PENINGKATAN CITRA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA (SMP) PERGURUAN ADVENT DI JAKARTA
XMLABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF PROMOTIONAL STRATEGY AND TEACHERS’ WORKING PERFORMANCE ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF SCHOOLS’ REPUTATION OF ADVENTIST JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN JAKARTA Written by: Detty Marbun Student ID: 1634011 This study aims to determine how the effect of promotional strategy and teachers’ working performance on the improvement of schools’ reputation of Adventist Junior High Schools in Jakarta. This study was done in three Adventist Junior High Schools in Central Jakarta. This study uses quantitative approach as the method of survey which describes the relation or correlational cause usually named as path analysis. The result of the study shows that: (1) Promotional strategy has a direct positive effect on the increase or the improvement of school’s reputation of Adventist Junior High Schools in Jakarta; (2) Working performance of teachers has a direct positive effect on the improvement of schools’ reputation. This means the higher the working performance of the teachers are, the better is the reputation of the school; (3) Promotional strategy and working performance of teachers have a direct positive effect on the improvement of schools’ reputation. This means the higher the promotional strategy and teacher’s working performance are, the better is the reputation of the school.
