PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ORANGTUA, MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN DISIPLIN SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SD ADVENT JAKARTA

ABSTRACT Student success in learning can be seen from student achievement is concerned. Learning achievements obtained by the students is influenced by various factors, including the participation, motivation and discipline. In order to determine the effect of participation, motivation and discipline to student achievement Jakarta Adventist Elementary School Year 2015/2016 Second Semester will require further research. Issues raised in this study are: (1) How is the participation of parents of primary school students Advent Jakarta, (2) How student motivation SD Advent Jakarta, (3) How to discipline students from SD Advent Jakarta, and (4) How does the participation of parents, discipline students and motivation to learn each student to student achievement SD Advent Jakarta either partially or simultaneously. This study aims to determine: (1) to analyze the influence of parental participation on student achievement, (2) to analyze the effect of learning motivation on student achievement, (3) to analyze the influence of student discipline on student achievement, and to analyze the influence of participation parents, student discipline and motivation to learn to improve student achievement partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of the study can be drawn the conclusion there is a positive influence between the participation of parents, students 'motivation to learn and the discipline of learning achievement at Jakarta Adventist elementary students either simultaneously or partially and the most influential variable is the participation of parents, followed by students' learning motivation and discipline. Therefore, the researchers recommend that the students should be able to determine the proportion of time that students learn best by considering cognitive abilities possessed so that achievement can be optimized to study accounting. Should parents can help improve student learning discipline in a way to motivate students to always ask about the material identified and students should directly ask the teacher if hard to digest the material presented by the teacher at the front of the classroom to gain a deeper understanding. To the school to better provide reference books that can be borrowed varies by students and teachers need to give assignments that require students to seek other literature, such as the assignment to the students to look for problems to be brought to the class discussion forum.
