PENGARUH ANTARA KEMAMPUAN GURU MENGORGANISASIKAN BAHAN PEMBELAJARAN, PENGELOLAAN KELAS DAN DISKUSI KELAS TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SDN KECAMATAN SUKMAJAYA DEPOK TIMUR
XMLABSTRACT Emmy Silalahi. Influence Between Teachers Capability Organising Learning Materials, Classroom Management and Discussion Classroom Learning Effectiveness Against SDN Sukmajaya East Depok subdistrict. Thesis. Graduate Program Advent University of Indonesia, 2016. This study discusses the variable ability of teachers organize learning materials (X1), classroom management (X2), class discussions (X3) and the effectiveness of learning (Y) SDN East Depok subdistrict Sukmajaya 2014-2015 school year. This research was conducted in the District SDN Sukmajaya East Depok for 4 months, starting in January 2016 until April 2016. This study used quantitative descriptive method with approach correlational studies. Data were analyzed with regression and correlation analysis. Regression analysis was used to determine the model of the effect of the dependent variable, namely the effectiveness of learning (Y) and three independent variables namely the ability of teachers to organize learning materials (X1), classroom management (X2) and class discussions (X3) either own their own (simple regression) , and with the same (plural regression). In this study population were teachers SDN East Depok subdistrict Sukmajaya totaling 321 teachers. In this study the authors will conduct research on the majority of the total population of, samples included 100 teachers were taken by simple random sampling technique. This research resulted in the following conclusions: 1. There is a significant positive influence teachers' ability to organize learning materials on the effectiveness of learning ry1 = 0.400 (α = 0.05). The coefficient of determination ry12 = 16.00%. The regression equation Y = 45.11 + 5,46X1. 2. There is a significant positive influence on the effectiveness of learning classroom management with ry2 correlation coefficient = 0.512 (α = 0.05). The coefficient of determination ry22 = 26.21%. The regression equation is Y = 19.13 + 0,55X2. 3. There is a significant positive influence on the effectiveness of learning discussion with ry2 correlation coefficient = 0.606 (α = 0.05). The coefficient of determination ry32 = 36.72%. The regression equation is Y = 42.29 + 9,24X3. 4. There is a significant positive influence teachers' ability to organize learning materials, classroom management, and discussion together on the effectiveness of learning, with correlation coefficient 0.514. Partial correlation coefficient significance test results obtained thitung 3.131. This means that there is the influence of teachers' ability to organize learning materials, classroom management, and discussion together on the effectiveness of learning, where the influence exerted shown from the regression equation Y = 18.60+4,26X1+ 0,55X2+5,27X3.
