PENGARUH SUPERVISI, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN, SERTA PARTISIPASI GURU DALAM KELOMPOK KERJA GURU UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONAL GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KONFERENS DKI JAKARTA
XMLABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF SUPERVISION, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND TEACHERS PARTICIPATION IN WORKING GROUP TEACHERS TO IMPROVE PROFESSIONAL TEACHER PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN CONFERENCE JAKARTA Written By: Name : David Samuel Karunianto NIM : 1434021 This study aims to analyze the influence of Supervision, Education and Training (Diklat), And teachers participation in Working Group Teachers (KKG) to increase Professional Primary School Teachers in Jakarta Conference. This research using the methodology descriptive. Research designed as a survey of research is explain the phenomena (explanatory research) whether or not there is a difference between two variables or more and how the impact. Sample in this research a number of total of 102 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The preparation of the questionnaire was conducted using the model likert scale. Data analyzed using partial regression and regression double. The research results show that: (1) Supervision partial evaluation having significantly affect the Professional Primary School Teachers in Adventists School, Jakarta was 21.7 %. (2) Education and Training in partial having influence not significantly to Professional Primary School Teachers at School Adventists capital amounting to 2,2 %. (3) Participation in the Working Group Teachers (KKG) in partial having significant impact on Professional Teacher Primary Schools in School Adventists the capital amounting to 12.3 %. (4) Supervision, Education and Training, and participation of teachers in the Working Group Teachers (KKG) simultaneously having significant impact on Professional Teacher Primary Schools in School Adventists the capital amounting to 23.7 %. Based on the findings, was recommended to: (1) To head a primary school that better supervision optimize program by peers friend; (2) Director of Education Jakarta Conference and the Education to carry out Education and Training; with (3) Management Working Group Teachers (KKG) increase her role as the facilitator and motivator for teachers in solve the problems that needed teachers in efforts to improve Professional Teacher.
