ABSTRACT EFFECT OF TEACHING COMPETENCE, LEARNING FACILITIES, AND LEARNING MOTIVATION OF ACHIEVEMENT UNIVERSITY STUDENTS ADVENT INDONESIA Written by: Name: Christin Natalia Mulyanti NIM: 1434003 The learning achievement is a result of the execution of the work that has been achieved by anyone in carrying out the tasks and duties assigned to solve. There are several factors that affect student achievement, in this study which are expected to affect the learning achievement is the competence of the teaching, learning facilities and learning motivation. This study aimed to examine the effect of the competence of teachers, learning facilities and learning motivation to get learning achievement. The population in this study were all students of the Adventist University of Indonesia, with a total of 2009 students. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method, so that the number of samples obtained from the calculation formula for determining the amount of samples is 95 respondents. Primary data collection method used is the questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this test is multiple regression. The results showed that the correlation coefficient test competency teaching, learning and motivation to learn has a strong relationship with student achievement, R = 0.790. Teacher competence influence the learning achievement of 11.7%, while the learning motivation affect the learning achievement of 39.5%, but the learning facilities not significantly affect the achievement. Significant F value is 0.00 <0.05, it is stated a significant difference between the competence of the teaching, learning and learning motivation on learning achievement.
