THE INFLUENCE SKILLS OF TEACHERS SKILLS OF TEACHERS IN CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT AND ATTENTION OF PARENTS TO THE INDONESIAN LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AT STUDENTS OF PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN KELURAHAN MARGAHAYU, EAST BEKASI. By Merha Simanjuntak ABSTRACT The objective of research was to find out: (1) how the teacher's skill in managing the class of private junior high school students in Kelurahan Margahayu, East Bekasi, (2) how attentively parents at private junior high school students in Kelurahan Margahayu, East Bekasi, and (3 ) how the Indonesian learning achievement in private junior high school students at Kelurahan Margahayu, East Bekasi, and (4) how teachers influence 'skills in managing the class and parents' attention on learning achievement Indonesian in private junior high school students at Kelurahan Margahayu both partially and simultaneously. This research was used descriptive quantitative method. The study population was all students of class VIII private junior high school students at Kelurahan Margahayu, that is SMP Strada Budi Luhur, SMP Bani Saleh 1 and SMP Advent XIV Bekasi, which consists of 227 students. Samples taken consisted of 76 students. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Meanwhile, data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The next test instrument using validity and reliability test. Test requirements analysis using test data normality, autocorrelation test, linearity test, test and test multikolinieritas heterokedastitas. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of the study are as follows: (1) Skills teachers in managing the classes was generally good junior high school students Private in villages Margahayu with the percentage achieved was 80.39%, (2) Attention parents were generally very good to junior high school students Private Sub Margahayu was 86.5 %, and (3) Indonesian learning achievement was very good at students of private junior high school in Kelurahan Margahayu with the percentage achieved was 80.79%. There was positive and significant influence between the skills of teachers in classroom management and attention of parents to the Indonesian learning achievement at students of private junior high school in Kelurahan Margahayu, East Bekasi.
