PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM DAN PENGEMBANGAN DIRI TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENGAJAR PADA SEKOLAH SMP ADVENT DI KONFRENS DKI JAKARTA

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT AND SELF DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING SKILLS AT SMP ADVENTIST SCHOOL CONFRENS DKI JAKARTA Arranged by: Dormen Situmorang NIM: 1434025 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Curriculum Development and Self Development of the Skills Teaching in Junior High School Conferences Advent in Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data obtained were processed statistically using the analysis of the classical assumption, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination to be able to deduce conclusions. Data collection techniques in this study included distributing questionnaires. Based on the research results to the formulation of the first problem, it is known that Curiculum Development in Teacher Conferences SMP Advent in Jakarta has Very Well done to the value of the average (mean) 4.2. Based on the research results with the second formulation of the problem, it is known that Self Development in Teacher Conferences SMP Advent in Jakarta has been Well done to the value of the average (mean) 4.1. Based on the research results with the formulation of the third issue, it is known that Teach Skills Teacher Conferences SMP Advent in Jakarta has been Well done to the value of the average (mean) 3.9. Based on the research results with the formulation of the problem to four partially known that there is a strong and significant influence between Skills Development Curriculum to Teach the value of r = 0.69 with 48% contribution, and found t count> t table (7.166> 1.684). And note also that there is a strong and significant influence between the Skills Self Development Teaching with r = 0.67 with a contribution of 45% and found t count> t table (6.769> 1.684). The research results indicate that there is simultaneously strong and significant influence between Curriculum Development and Personal Development Skills to Teach the value of r = 0.75 with the contribution of Curriculum Development and Teaching Skills Self Development to 56% and the rest influenced other factors, then significance test simultaneously generate value F 0,00 <0,05 this indicates that the Curriculum Development and Self Development simultaneously or together influential and significanttoTeachingSkills.
