ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF LIQUIDITY RATIO, PROFITABILITY AND ACTIVITY TO THE FIRM VALUE ON OIL AND GAS MINING COMPANYLISTED ON THE BURSA EFEK INDONESIA Corporate value is very important because with high corporate value will be followed by high shareholder wealth. The higher the stock price the higher the value of the company, to achieve the value of the company generally the investors hand over the management to professionals. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance measured using the ratio of liquidity, profitability and activity to the value of the company calculated using the method Tobin's Q. The population in this study is an oil and gas mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, having financial statement data for the period 20102014, and having stock selling activity during 2010 - 2014. Sampling technique using purposive sampling, and there are 5 companies as sample research. Multiple linear regression analysis was chosen in this study with the help of SPSS program version 22 with previous data have been tested using trials, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results showed that the variable current ratio, return on equity ratio and total assets turn over ratio together do not have a strong influence on the value of the company. While the partial variable of current ratio have positive influence and not significant to firm value, return on equity have negative influence and not significant to firm value, and total assets turn over have negative influence and not significant to firm value.
