PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA GURU DAN STAF DI PERGURUAN ADVENT XV CIRACAS
XMLABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND COMPENSATION TOWARD TEACHERS’ AND STAFFS’ WORK ACHIEVEMENTS AT PERGURUAN ADVENT XV CIRACAS By Sabethy This study’s purpose was aimed to know how the influence of work motivation and compensation toward the teachers’ and staffs’ work achievemets of Perguruan Advent XV by partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study was quantitatve method by using 65 respondents as samples. Measurement methods used were descriptive measurement and analysis by using c orrelation, coefficient determination, and significance test by utilizing SPSS version 24. The study results showed that the influence of teachers’ and staffs’ working motivation in Perguruan Advent XV Ciracas was sufficient and condusive, compensations of teachers and staffs scored as good and also the staff earned good score on work achievements. The influence of working motivation toward teachers’ and staffs’ work achievements in Perguruan Advent XV Ciracas scored 15.9% while the other 84.1% were other factors outside this study. Correlation test of compensation toward teachers’ and staffs’ work achievements showed that there are no influences instead. Working motivation and compensation toward work achievemets of teachers’ and staffs’ in Perguruan Advent XV Ciracas showed the result of 13.5%, while the other 86.8% were other factors outside this study.
