ABSTRACT THE EFEECT OF TEACHERS’ TEACHING STYLE AND STUDENTS’ LEARNING STYLE ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN SOCIAL SCIENCE SUBJECT OF CLASS X ADVENT HIGH SCHOOL IN DKI JAKARTA AND ITS SURROUNDINGS By Moira Rosmawaty Hasibuan This study aimed to find out how teachers’ teaching styles, students’ learning styles and students’ learning outcomes and the influence to teacher teaching styles and student learning styles on student learning outcomes in social science subject in grade X Adventist High School DKI Jakarta and the surrounding areas resulted as good in both partially and simultaneous. The method used for this study was quantitative method using 100 respondents as samples. The measurements used were descriptive measurements and analysis method using the correlation coefficient of determination of significance tests using SPSS version 24. The results showed that teaching style of teachers and student learning outcomes was adequate and conducive toward students’ learning styles and student learning outcomes were rated with good ratings and good learning outcomes. The influence of teacher learning styles on learning outcomes was 7.1% while the remaining 92.9% was influenced by other factors, and students’ learning styles affected 7.3% toward students’ learning outcomes while 92.7% were influenced by other factors. Teachers’ teaching styles and students’ learning on simultaneously toward learning outcomes’ styles affected 11.3% as the influence while 88.7% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
