ABSTRACT STUDENT KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR OF CIGARETTE HAZARDS IN SMA PGRI LEMBANG Name: Muhamad Iqbal Fitriansah Nim: 1551070 Smoking is a problem that is still difficult to resolve, especially in adolescents, especially high school students. Factors that influence adolescents to smoke, namely Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior. The purpose of this study, to determine the description of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior and to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes and knowledge with behavior. This type of research is descriptive correlation with the population of SMA PGRI Lembang students and a sample of 84 people. The results of this study show that the smoking knowledge of respondents is quite good at 72.38%. In a positive or negative attitude shows an attitude of doubt with the results of 40.44% (negative) and 47.33% (positive). In respondent's behavior shows negative behavior with a result of 39.66%. Correlation relationship between knowledge variables and attitudes in the low category is 0.386% with a significance value <0.05. Therapy of the relationship between knowledge and behavior is in the moderate category of 0.442% with a significance value <0.05. So it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of attitudes and knowledge of behavior. It is expected that students can improve knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the dangers of smoking.
