GAMBARAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA SEMESTER AKHIR PROGRAM STUDI DIPLOMA 3 ILMU KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT DESCRIPTION OF THE FACTORS AFFECTING LEARNING MOTIVATION OF FINAL SEMESTER NURSING STUDENT DIPLOMA 3 OF UNIVERSITAS ADVENT INDONESIA BANDUNG Arranged by: Regina Irene Hartono 1551027 According to observations, most students are only excited at the beginning of learning and become less focused in the middle of learning. To increase focus, motivation is needed. Factors that influence learning motivation include aspirations and aspirations, students' abilities, the condition of students, and dynamic elements in learning and external factors (conditions of the learning environment and the efforts of teachers in teaching students). This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The number of samples of this study were 29 respondents who were final semester D3 students of UNAI Bandung FIK taken by random sampling method. The sample has filled in the questionnaire which became the measurement tool in this study. The results of this study, the factors that influence student learning motivation are the teacher's efforts in teaching students (0,848), dynamic elements in learning (0,836), students' abilities (0,827), learning environment conditions (0,827), goals aspirations and aspirations (0.805), and the condition of students (0.597). The dominant items that affect learning motivation can be seen from the following statement: number 11 (I can use the tools used in nursing practice well), number 23 (My college friends are important to increase learning spirit), and number 24 (Parental support I am important to increase the enthusiasm for learning) with a value of 0.966. The less dominant factor is in statement number 14 (I am not easy to feel tired with many tasks that I have to deal with) with a value of 0.379. This research is expected to be an input for students of the final semester D3 study program in order to increase motivation to learn from each other and for lecturers to provide input to the entire academic community in order to provide a conducive and comfortable environment to increase learning motivation.
