ABSTRACT NURSING INSTITUTIONS IN THE BATTLE WITH INTERRUPTED SYSTEM DISEASE: TUBERCULOSIS PARK DIRUANG SOUTH WING III ADVENT LAMPUNG HOSPITAL Arranged by : JAMES ELISA SIAHAAN NIM: 1452036 This Scientific Writing is grounded by the pretension of 80% pulmonary TB increased in 22 developing countries at 3 million deaths annually. The purpose of this scientific paper can apply nursing care to Tn.K with pulmonary TB, using a holisctic care approach. The method used is by descriptive method by way of data collection through observation, interview, documentation, bibliography, and study of electronic media. After performing nursing care at Tn.K with pulmonary tuberculosis, four diagnoses were defined: lack of airway clearance, hyperthermia, nutritional deficiencies, and high risk of transmission of infection. At the assessment stage found the patient congested, coughing, and weight loss. After the authors performed treatment for three days from 4 diagnoses there are 2 resolved diagnoses and 2 unresolved diagnoses. Diagnosis resolved is: hyperthermia associated with inflammatory processes and high risk of transmission of infection associated with the presence of colonies of infectious organisms in the body. The authors hope this scientific paper can be an input in providing nursing care in patients with pulmonary TB to prevent unwanted things and are at risk of causing death.
