ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN MR. "W" WITH MUSCULO TB SPONDYLITIS : CERVICAL IN NORT WINGS FLOOR. 6 RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Prepared by: Rima Nelce Wairisal NIM: 1552050 TB Spondylitis is an infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the spine. The disease is relatively indolent, it makes difficult to diagnose early, so that the patients get treatment in advanced circumstances where deformitas kifosis and neurological disability is relatively reversible. The purpose of this study case is to understand and apply nursing care to Mr. Was the patient with musculo tuberculosis (TB) Spondylitis and using holistic care approach. The method that has been used is descriptive method, with data collection through observation, interview, documentation, some literatures, and study of electronic media. After doing nursing care on Mr. W who suffer musculoskeletal TB Spondylitis, there were five diagnoses of nursing including: acute pain, unbalanced nutrition disorders mobilization of muscle atrophy, constipation, and self-image impairment kifosis. It was found at the review stage that the patient experienced nausea due to high glucose levels in the blood and after three days of serotonic care, the results showed that from five diagnoses contained two resolved diagnoses and three unassociated diagnoses. The diagnosis that is resolved is impaired self-image of kitosis characterized by the patient began to believe in his condition. While, constipation of the diagnosis that has not been solved is acute pain, an imbalance of nutrients with the mobilization of muscle atrophy. The conclusion that with good nutritional status is good for healing TB Spondylitis diet that is high protein and regular use of mobilization therapy and physiotherapy action.
