ABSTRACT NURSING INTERVENTION TO MRS.Y ON CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM DISEASE: HYPERTENSION IN SOUTH WING III BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL WRITTEN BY: EVI SIHITE NIM: 1552031 This scientific research is based on Hypertension prevalence in the elderly age and the increasing of age. In Indonesia recorded about 25,8% population from the young age until elderly age exposed Hypertension because of bad life style, obesity, and unhealthy dietary habit. The purpose of this scientific research is applied nursing care to Mrs. Y with Hypertension, using holistic care approach. Method used is descriptive method in a way data collection through observation, interview, documentation, literature and electronic media study. After doing the nursing care to Mrs. Y with Hypertension, arranged five nursing diagnose that is: Acute pain, risk of decreased cardiac output, activity intolerance, nutrition imbalance: below from needs, and anxious. From all diagnose above that given can be solved. Suggestion that the writer could give for the nurse, so the nurse can give nursing care in detail to the patient and family and then manage and giving instruction appropriate with the problem. For the education institution, for advice is adding useful reference to increased student efficiency and effectiveness to do the assignment and service to the client with the main problem: Hypertension.
