ABSTRACT NURSING CARE FOR MR. E WITH CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM DISORDER: HIPERTENSI AT 3th FLOOR WARD IN RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Arranged By: JANNIUS HASIHOLAN NIM: 1552056 Scientific Writing is in the background by the cardiovascular problems of hypertension. Being a public health problem in Indonesia. Based on data from West Java Provincial Health Office, January 2015 to June 2015 there are about 1541 people with hypertension, where 491 men, and women with hypertension as many as 1050 people. Many factors affect the occurrence of hypertension such as genetic, environmental, sympathetic nervous system hyperactivity and factors that increase the risk of hypertension such as alcohol, smoking, and obesity. Scientific Writing is to improve the quality of care for the provision of nursing care based on the priority issues created in the treatment plan. The method used in data collection is descriptive method that is data collected based on real circumstances. Technique of collecting data is done by observation, interview, documentation, literature study, as well as theoretical purpose in case of hypertension. In theory to the client the symptoms are neurological disorders, impaired renal function, and visual impairment. It supports the existence of cooperation between health teams and patients / families is necessary for the success of nursing care in patients, therapeutic communication will help in the intervention, implementation will be given.
