In obtaining good results between references and scientific work that require theory in action as the cause, namely: Impaired physical mobility, verbal communication disorders, loss of self-care and the risk of falling. After performing nursing actions, the authors conclude that, in performing the act of nursing, the patient's space in mobilizing because in the process of nursing care, the signs and gejaah of the stroke in theory will not all arise then in a good cooperative response between patient, family and separate nurses in order to achieve good results.
