ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON Mr. A WITH CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM DISORDER: CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE IN SOUTH WING 3 RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Prepared by: FHENI CLAUDIA NIM: 1552026 This scientific Writing is backgrounded by the prevelence of Coroner Artery Disease in all types of increasing age. In the Developed Country every year 20% of the millions of people with all kinds of age experience CAD due to a bad lifestyle. The purpose of this scientific papers can apply nursing care on Tn. A with CAD, using a holistic care approach. The method that has been used is by descriptive method by way of data collection through observation, interview, documentation, bibliography, and study of electronic media. Based on the theory there are four diagnoses, which are: decreased cardiac output, high risk of damage to the integrity of the skin, the risk of decreased cardiac output and the risk of decreased tissue perfusion. After doing nursing care on Mr. A with CAD, there are four nursing diagnoses: Pain disorders, rest disorders, decreased cardiac output, activity intolerance. At the assessment stage, it was found that the patient experienced low back pain, and performed laboratory tests. After three days of treatment, four diagnoses were resolved and two partially resolved diagnoses. The diagnosis that was resolved: Diagnose activity intolerance and resting disorders. the gap obtained is from the four diagnoses that exist in theory, there is only one appropriate diagnosis of the cardiac output. Advice from the author to the nurse is that the nurse should pay attention to the patient's needs. For the patient, must pay attention to the good lifestyle and the treatment given by the doctor.
