"NURSING CARE IN Tn.M WITH DISTURBANCE OF HEMATOLOGY SYSTEM: DENGUE BLOOD FEVER IN FLOOR IV ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG." ABSTRACT Writing this paper background of the report based on data taken from Medical Records Hospital Advent Bandung (RSAB) continues to increase cases of dengue fever patients (DHF), in Indonesia. This paper aims to gain real experience in providing care process, by using Descriptive method and data collection techniques, interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. DHF is an acute febrile illness of 2-7 days caused by dengue virus through Aedes Aegypti mosquito intermediates characterized by clinical symptoms ie sudden high fever without cause, bleeding in all organs, enlarged liver, and failure of blood circulation system. Therefore it is necessary to handle early handling complications. Handling of dengue hemorrhagic fever can not be separated from the treatment process that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. In carrying out nursing care the author finds on Mr. M: increased body temperature, comfort disorders: headaches, impaired nutrition, lack of fluid volume, risk of bleeding, and lack of knowledge about the disease. At the stage of implementation carried out in accordance with the planning and can run smoothly with the support of supporting tools and facilities. besides it is necessary also mastery of theory and special skill to achieve optimal nursing action against dengue disease. The conclusions obtained are in the implementation stage of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in need of good cooperation between clients, client families, doctors, and other nurses to facilitate the implementation of each action and prevent complications and accelerate the healing process.
