ABSTRACT Thesis Title : ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC EFFECT OF THEOLOGY WEAK SPIRITUAL IMPLICATIONS IN UNDERSTANDING MATTHEW 4:4, FOR THE SEVENTH DAY CHURCH IN TAYAN SECTOR, SANGGAU, WEST KALIMANTAN Researcher Name : Siahaan Lasman Degree : M. Date of Completion: 5 April 2016 College : Adventist University of Indonesia Keywords : Weak Economy and Spirituality In the first chapter, this research background of weak economic effect problems in understanding the spiritual implications Matthew 4: 4, the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the sector Tayan, Sanggau Kapuas, West Kalimantan. God said that man does not live by bread alone, but can live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Understanding God's words in Matthew 4: 4, is very important for Seventh-day Adventists in Sector Tayan, because there seems to be a weak economic influence spiritual implications, in terms of interest and seriousness of worship is very low. This situation shows the weakness of spirituality, as well as the conversion is not so significant. Addressing this issue is very important, because there is a sense of community concern for life. In Chapter II, explained that there are many factors that cause a weak economy, so there are many factors that cause spirituality is becoming weaker, which actually does not intersect with one another, but the weakness will be these two things are in human nature itself , When there is the understanding of the sovereign in Matthew 4: 4 is, that man does not live by bread alone, but can live by every word that comes from the mouth of God, then it's people can be aware of spiritual needs, and not worry about life. The followers will do my best and optimal as possible to seek physical and spiritual needs of a more earnest. In section III, described in the questionnaire how they are communities (respondents) to answer or give an assessment of the claims against the weak economy and spiritual problems is weak. Results from respondents' answers can be seen from the results of the validation Exel, after the data analyzed in the study counted with the tools IBM program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). In Chapter IV, the results can be seen clearly through the discussion of the data shown through charts and graphs background of the respondents as well as the answers to the questionnaire. Through the validation test questionnaire, then it can be taken one conclusion. And conclusions can be found in Chapter V. In Chapter V, presented some of the conclusions that the problem of a weak economy is not the sole factor of absolute spiritual causes weak, as only 33.4% only, while 64.6% is caused by other factors. Another factor is the lack of power factor and the willingness to work, with a total score of 4.7429. The study concluded that when the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Tayan sector really understand the contents Matthew 4: 4, then spirituality is not pressured by weak economic conditions. So people can understand the true meaning of life. Similarly, the followers will be aware of its role as a member of the church, the people of the Lord called and equipped to be involved in evangelism. But in general the respondents still lack understanding about their role in evangelization in the midst of busy, resulting in spiritual lethargy and sluggishness evangelism. Therefore, the future is still very necessary directives, Bible study, worship and intense prayer for the spiritual progress of members. Expected to be a realization of the ideals and objectives of development in the two parts of the positive aspects of life. Finally be able to realize their role in the gospel truth for the sake of the safety of others.
