ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN Mr. D WITH INTERRUPTION OF EXPERIENCE SYSTEM: CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE ON ADVENTIST HOSPITAL BANDUNG. CHARLES DERMAWAN NIM: 1552029 This paper is motivated by CKD disease which is one of the health problems that occur in urban and rural areas, patients with CKD usually experience xerosis which is a disturbance to the integrity of the skin and affect the quality of life and can also experience death. The purpose of writing this paper is to know about the picture of nursing care with CKD and able to apply it to CKD patients include assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. To get accurate data, descriptive method that includes interview, observation, pegkajian, documentation and bibliography. After the authors direct nursing process to Tn. D, the authors found several problems that include: excess fluid volume, activity intolerance, gas exchange disruption, nutrients less than necessity. In running the nursing process the authors find some gaps that is there is one of the signs and symptoms described in theoretical nursing care that does not appear on Mr. D. In the process of nursing care is needed a good cooperation between nurses, clients and family patients. Keywords: Urinary System: Choric Kidney Disease.
