According to mant and walker ( 2011 ) a stroke is a clinical syndrome to characteristic of loss of brain function to the symptoms of the more than 24 hours , can couse the death and is linked by the bleeding is action to take place spontaneously into a substance the brain ( a stroke hemorrhagic ) or not adekuatnya blood supply to the brain ( a stroke iskemik ) as a result of the flow of blood low , of thrombosis or embolism that deals with disease of the blood vessels and heart disease free .As many as 80-90 % the case of a stroke is iskemik , while 10-20 % is hemorrhagic.
