E WITH SKIZOFRENIA IN THE NURI ROOM OF WEST JAVA PROVINCE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL Arranged By: Michelle Patricia Korn NIM: 1652008 Writing scientific papers based on the number of mental disorders in Indonesia has significantly increased that there are 21 million people with mental disorders worldwide. The prevalence of mental emotional disorders indicated by symptoms of depression and anxiety for ages 15 and older reaches 14 million (6% of the total population of Indonesia). Severe mental disorder is known as psychosis and one example of psychosis is schizophrenia. The purpose of this scientific paper is to describe the implementation of nursing care to Mrs. E with schizophrenia; auditory hallucinations using the Bio approach, Psycho Social and Spiritual. The method used in the preparation of scientific papers is interviews and observations. After treatment on Ny. E has a health problem with auditory hallucinations. During 5 days of care all nursing care can be successful (SP 1, SP 2, SP 3, SP 4). A good approach and comprehensive assessment is very helpful in the successful treatment of patients with schizophrenia. The advice that can be given is the importance of family participation in the recovery process of the patient, so that there is no recurrence.
