ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN TN. E WITH A RESPIRATION DISORDER SYSTEM: LUNG CANCER IN THE DISEASE CARE UNIT 4th FLOOR ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG YUSUF KANDA PUTRA PERDANA NIM : 1452001 This paper was motivated by the continued increase in lung cancer sufferers who generally contracted middle-aged men. The purpose of writing this paper was to get real experience in providing nursing care and implementing the treatment process directly and thoroughly. The method used in this writing is descriptive method. The problem found was the ineffectiveness of airway clearance, discomfort (pain), nutritional imbalance, physical mobility barriers, self-care deficits / activity intolerance and anxiety. After nursing care was carried out on the client, then some of the problems that were overcome were the effectiveness of airway clearance, nutritional imbalances, physical mobility barriers, self-care deficits / activity intolerance, and anxiety. In carrying out nursing care, not all problems could be resolved, this occurs because of chronic illnesses suffered by the client and metastasis had occurred, so the possibility of having a poor prognosis. This disease could be prevented if you applied a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, prevention and promotion of appropriate health and daily eating patterns were needed.
