ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON Mr. "U" WITH INTERFERENCE SYSTEMS: NON HEMORAGIC STROKE IN ROOM TREATMENT SOUTH WING IV RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Arranged by: KARNELISSIA NIM: 1552037 Stroke or brain attack is a sudden, progressive, rapid, focal and or global neurologic syndrome, which lasts 24 hours or more or directly leads to death, and caused by a blockage caused by thrombus in cerebral arteries, or embolus that goes to the brain from other organs. Non Hemorrhagic Stroke as a set of clinical signs developed by the vascular. This indication is going on for 24 hours or more usually this indication caused by decreasing blood flow to the brain, leading to disability and even death. According to WHO (2011), as many as 20.5 million people in the world have suffered a stroke. Of these 5.5 million people have died. Caused hypertension contributed 17.5 million cases of stroke in the world. The purpose of the authors is an example of efforts to increase activity intolerance in Non Hemorrhagic Stroke clients with descriptive method using case study approach data by observation, interview, documentation of journal and book. From the results of the client's has not showed any increase in activity intolerance after the nursing steps that has been given for 3 days. Can be concluded that active mobility actions continuously can improve the client's activity intoleransi. Suggestions are given to clients with active mobility measures as input to clients and families in nursing actions at home to improve activity intolerance and body function.
