ABSTRACT NURSING CARE PLAN FOR MR. M.N WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISORDER: HYPERTENSION IN SOUTH WING III OF BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Erlando Balenguru ID: 1552046 The writing of this paper backgrounded by the high of mortality and morbility of cardiovascular disorder related with hypertension in West Java of Indonesia. Indonesian Ministry of Sources of Data and Information mentioned that West Java are in 4 th ranking with highest prevalence of hypertension. Purpose of this writing are to gain theoretical knowledge and real experience in performing nursing care that includes bio, psycho, social and spiritual as well as observing human in holistic by using the nursing process approach to clients suffering from hypertension. Method used is descriptive method with observation, interviews, library studies, active participation, and documentation as the data collection technique. The problem founded in the client are deficit of knowledge, pain, weakness and imbalanced nutrition more that body requirement. Implementation given to the patient are to reduce and prevent the hypertension through health education. Hypertension in client are caused by several complication of risk factor and life style. After the treatment process on the client, there are several nursing diagnostic resolved and some are not. Nursing diagnostic that resolved are: deficit of knowledge, weakness and imbalanced nutrition more that body requirement, while the unresolved nursing diagnostic is pain.
