ABSTRACT NURSING CARE PLAN FOR Mr.Y WITH RESPIRATORY DISORDER: BRONCHIALE ASTHMA IN ROOM 4ͭ ͪ FLOOR OF BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Ricky Sitohang NIM: 1552028 Asthma is a condition of narrowing of the airways due to hyperactivity to certain stimuli that cause inflammation and narrowing is temporary. The prevalence of asthma in Indonesia from the population in 33 provinces on average was 4.5%. The highest age group in Indonesia is the 25-34 year age group of 5.7% and the second highest at the age of 15-24 is 5.6%. Individuals with asthma may have IgE responses that are sensitive to an allergen or degranulation-susceptible mast cells. The purpose of this paper is to gain theoretical knowledge and real experience in nursing care in general and special. Writing method that is used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques are done by observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, electronic media studies, and documentation. After having performed the nursing process on the patient, found nursing diagnoses are ineffective clearance of airway, ineffectiveness of the airway, the disturbance of comfort, and nutrient imbalance. There are some nursing diagnoses that are partially resolved and also not resolved. Nursing care that is resolved is an ineffective and unresolved airway clearance is an airway clearance, a pain disorder, and an imbalance of nutrients. Documentation is expected to be appropriate so as to give the patient necessary nursing action. Key Word: Asthma Bronchiale, Hysperresponsive, Bronchial Asthma
