It is also hoped that the two-way relationship will be well established. After the pastors of the congregation know the hopes of the members of the congregation being served, there is certainly hope that the shepherds will learn to enrich and equip themselves with those hopes, if indeed the expectations obtained from this study are good and reasonable. But if the expectations obtained from this study are unreasonable or unreasonable expectations, let this be just information. The purpose of this study is first, to give every priest an understanding of how important it is to realize his being an example in his personality as a spiritual leader in shepherding a congregation. Secondly, it is hoped that the results of this study will be taken into consideration to other pastoral colleagues that as spiritual leaders, the congregation is hoping for a good service in the congregation. Third, giving the understanding that the pastor realizes his existence as a spiritual leader should be an example in his family life. The research time for obtaining the data was conducted for three months, ie March, April, May 2017.
