ABSTRACT “ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN. I DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM PERKEMIHAN : KANKER GINJAL DI RUANG INAP WEST WING III RUMAH SAKITADVENT BANDUNG’’ Tobit Binoto Silalahi NIM : 1452020 Kidney cancer is a very serious and dangerous cancer and this is what makes the author interested in Writing Scientific Writing is against kidney cancer cases. Kidney cancer is an abnormal growth of cells in the body that can affect all parts of the body. The purpose of writing Scientific Writing is to carry out the process of nursing in patients with kidney cancer that includes: assessment, planning, action nursing and evaluation. The method used is descriptive method that is: library study, and documentation study to get accurate data. These kidney cancer cells have spread to the lungs resulting in disturbed breathing, the abdomen and the waist causing the pain, the elimination part resulting in difficult urination, black bowel movements and the lower extremities becoming odem / swollen. In the treatment process each day the patient does not show good development, abdominal pain and waist, tightness, urination / large, odem at the lower extremities still exist.
