ABSTRACT ASSURANCE OF GERONTIC NURSING IN Tn. D WITH INTERRUPTION OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM: FAILURE OF CONGENSE HEART AT WEST WING IV HOSPITAL ADVENT BANDUNG. By : Anggi Windaka Ambarita NIM : 1452028 Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) or commonly called congestive heart failure is the only cardiovascular disease are on the rise. The risk of death in mild heart failure increased to 5-10% and at the cardiac weight 30-40%. Heart failure is the most frequent diseases requiring repeated treatments at the Hospital (Kasron, 2012). The purpose of this writing is able to describe about giving nursing care in patients with CHF by the methods: interviews with the client and family, observations to clients, medical and physical examination record. Problems with nursing diagnosis activity intolerance related to efficiency of O2 for everyday life – today, the patient's breathing becomes normal, already not experiencing edema, pain scale was reduced from 5 patients become the scale 1. As for the conclusions in the process there is cooperation between the team of health, patients, and family members of the patient are indispensable for the success of the keperwatan orphanage on the patient, therapeutic communication techniques encourage patients to more cooperative, relaxation techniques are able to decrease the pain, as well as the position of semi fowler favored patients because it can reduce shortness of breath.
