ABSTRACT NURSING CARE PLAN FOR Mrs. E WITH RESPIRATORY SYSTEM DISORDERS: PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS AT UNIVERSITY’S ADVENT INDONESIA CLINIC EUNICHE RAKMENI ID: 1252018 The background of this paper from patients at Adventist University of Indonesia clinic are 12 people with pulmonary tubculosis. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease chronic pulmonary and infectious caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistant parenkin acids that attack the lungs that can be transmitted through the air. This paper aims to gain real experience in providing nursing care Tuberculosis Clinic Adventist University of Indonesia. The method used in the writing is descriptive method, whereas the technique used is the study interview, obsarvasi, and physical examination. Problems found in this case is the ineffectiveness of the airway: tightness in connection with the accumulation of excessive sputum, fever / hypertermi, unbalanced nutrition lack of demand, the risk of disease transmission to family and activity intolerance. The conclusion of this paper is to build relationships of trust of patients and families so that the nursing process shooting went well at the time of assessment at Mrs. E, all the symptoms appear when the theory of assessment and intervention, implementation and evaluation. To achieve maximum health services required cooperation between nurses and other medical teams. Suggestions that the author gave to the paper is the need to improve nursing care through health education, science trusting relationships based on theories and attitudes sensitive to the needs of the patient.
