ABSTRACT NURSING CARE OF Mr. S WITH RESPIRATORY SYSTEM DISORDERS: TUBERCULOSIS IN ROOM CARE HOSPITAL WEST WING II ADVENT BANDAR LAMPUNG AGUSTINUS ARGO IRFIANTO ID: 1352009 This work has been motivated by for Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that attacks the lung parenchyma caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This illness is always becoming problem in the world, moreover in Indonesia the numbers of death due to tuberculosis is rising because the risk of contagion is very high. Based on the WHO report in 2015, Indonesia in five place on the number of Tuberculosis of 429,000 inhabitants. The purpose of this paper is to add real experience in providing nursing process in Mr. S with pulmonary tuberculosis respiratory system disorders. The method used in the writing is descriptive method, whereas the technique used is the technique of case studies through interviews, observation, and physical examination. Problems found in this case: the ineffectiveness clearance, impaired gas exchange of O2 and CO2, impaired sense of comfort: chest pain, unbalanced nutrition lack of demand, and increased body temperature: hyperthermia. Conclusions of the problems found there is one problem that has not been resolved until the third day of treatment that is ineffective airway clearance. Advice writer, the Tuberculosis patient so that the patient understands about the disease, routine control and appropriate outpatient physician advice.
