ABSTRAK A NURSING CARE OF MR. A WHO HAD THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM DISORDERS : POST OP APPENDICITIS LAPARATOMY IN HOSPITAL ADVENT BANDUNG FARLIN ERICKSON SIJABAT NIM: 1352012 This paper was motivated by the author's experience while on duty at the hospital that the writer was very proud of the achievement in nursing planning and get increased in knowledge in treating patients who had appendicitis, appendicitis is a disease that classified as a serious disease which has a significant of mortality and borbiditas. The purpose of this paper was to gain the true experience in performing of nursing care to patients with appendicitis. the method that was used in this paper was descriptive, and the data collection techniques by doing observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, active participation and electronic media. As for the problems of nursing that found in Mr. A with appendicitis during treatment were: impaired sense of comfort pain, disruption in sleep patterns, toileting disorders, deficits of himself, lack of knowledge. The necessary thing that was needed to conduct this nursing care was a collaboration between writer, associated medical team, the patient and family. after done conducting the nursing process, the authors concluded that interventions with complaints in the middle of the abdominal was better to do and use the analgesic drug therapy because of the scar that had been recovered.
