ABSTRACT DESIGNING THE REPORTING SYSTEM OF PASTOR SEVENT-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH SERVICE AT THE WEST JAVA CONFERENCE AREA WEB-BASED Julius Manullang NIM: 1382017 In this research, the researcher designed a system to design information systems reporting activities pastor Church which is the design process was still do manually by the Minister and conference. Problems faced by pastor is stage in the process of reporting service activities pastor to the conference. the main purpose of this study are (1) build an information system reporting activities pastor Web-based by using the language PHP and JavaScript that can make the pastor and conference easier in processing the data especially reporting service activities pastor in order to be faster and regularly. (2) To give provide convenience tell facilities to pastor in accessing data activities which is conducted and send it to the conference. There are two method that the research is used (1) method literature that is the researcher collect the data that is needed in the system. (2) Field of the research method is the researcher did review directly on the conference West Java using techniques interview. With designed information systems reporting the service activities of the pastor can provide facility to users which is related in the store and data processing pastor. The results of the design of this application can be concluded that any reports pastor can be used as information using this application and help conference in collect any information from each pastor.
