ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF THE USE OF WORKING CAPITAL ON THE LEVEL OF PROFITABILITY IN PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, TBK BANDUNG by : Asyuni Simanjuntak This study aimed to determine how the use of working capital and the profitability of the company and also know the effect of the use of working capital to the level of profitability at PT. Telecommunications Indonesia Tbk. The research method was descriptive method to obtain data and information necessary to achieve the research objectives. The analysis used in this research was the analysis of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, significance test, the coefficient of determination, and regression analysis. Based on research, data analysis of net working capital has increased every year. Low net working capital occurred in the year 2008 amounted to Rp (12.36584 billion) and net working capital was highest in 2013 amounted to Rp 4.638 billion. Profitability in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk experience fluctuations each year. Return On Investment is highest in 2012 at 16.49% and the lowest occurred in 2011 at 15.01%. And based on the analysis of Return On Investment in PT. Telecommunications Indonesia, Tbk always be above the standard, which was above 5%. Based on the research results with statistical analysis, knowable analysis correlation coefficient of 0.84, which means the relationship was very strong and positive relationship between the level of net working capital profitability. And the significance of test results obtained that tcount (3.09677)
