ABSTRACT Title : ANALYSIS OF THEOLOGY ON HUSBAND WIFE OF EMPLOYEES IN MEDAN ADVENTIST HOSPITAL BASED Ephesians 5: 22-33 IN HAPPINESS FAMILY. Name :Hasiholan Sihombing Degree :M. More than human wisdom is needed by married couples at every step, so as to understand how to start a pre-marital relationship for a useful and happy lives today, and to more happiness in the future. According to Ephesians 5:33 is written: "After all, for each one of you must love his wife as himself, and the wife must respect her husband." The husband and wife (employees) in Medan Adventist Hospital looked at the attitudes of husband and wife is based on Ephesians 5: 22-33 should be applied in domestic relationships. The relationship of husband and wife to God will ensure a happy marital relationship. Obey God and put God as a guarantee of marital bliss. Application of the attitude of the husband and wife in the household should not forget the biblical standards when undergoing wheels marital relationship. God allows and enables the husband and wife to be happy in order to prevent sin resulting in eternal death. When the couple failed to take any husband and wife is based on Ephesians 5: 22-33 will make the household was filled with the taste of peace, destruction is a part and eternal death as a result.
