ABSTRACT ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA Tn. T DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM PERNAPASAN: ASMA BRONKIAL DI RUANG PERAWATAN LANTAI II RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Nama: Yopiaris Riwu NIM: 1252012 This KTI is motivated by the number of cases of bronchial asthma contained in RSA Bandung continues to increase every year in the last three years. The purpose of this paper provides an overview the implementation of nursing care in patients with bronchial asthma with the approach of the nursing process. This method used is descriptive method and data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. The assessment results show that the cause of bronchial asthma in patients Tn. T is the increase in temperature, signs and symptoms are coughing, wheezing and shortness of breath sounds. Nursing diagnoses that arise are airway ineffectiveness, inefficiency breathing patterns, changes in nutrition lack of demand, and the lack of knowledge is resolved. Monitoring of airway clearance, provision of meals in small portions but frequently and administration of bronchial asthma education on nursing problems that can occur in patients. Monitoring breathing patterns periodic breathing patterns, positioning the patient in semi-Fowler's position and teach effective cough need to be continued until the diagnosis is resolved.
