ABSTRACT NURSING CARE PLAN FOR Mr. P WITH RESPIRATORY DISORDER : BRONCHIALE ASTHMA ON THE 2nd FLOOR OF BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Romario Abraham Tampubolon 1352006 Asthma are an interruptions inflammation of chronicle airway. An airway inflammation of that experienced chronicle is hiperresponsif so when aroused by of certain risks , the airway become clogged and the flow of air impeded because of constricting the bronchi, mucus blockage, and inflammation of an increase in the process. The prevalence of asthma in the world it is estimated that 4 to 8 percent, man or woman having similar risk to develop asthma. Individual who had asthma may have a response IgE sensitive excessive against something allergens or mast cells too readily undergoing degranulation. The purpose of a piece of writing this to acquire knowledge theoretically and experience in carrying out real upbringing nursing which includes bio, psycho, social and spiritual as well as pay attention to live a full human in the use of the approach of the process of nursing academies in clients who bronchial suffering from asthma. A method of writing that is used is a method of descriptive. Technique in data collection through technique observation, interview, study library, active participation, study documentation. After perform the process care directly at clients, the authors found some problems: ineffective airway clearance, anxiety, disorder pattern nutrients. After writer perform the process of maintenance at clients, there are several diagnose who handled and others did not handled. Nursing who handled care is anxiety, while those do not yet handled is not effective airway clearance and disorder pattern nutrients. Key Word : Asthma bronchial, constricting the bronchi, hiperresponsif
