ABSTRACT Nn. G IN NURSING CARE INTERFERENCE WITH RESPIRAOTY SYSTEM: ASTHMA BRONKIAL AT THE SECOND FLOOR IN RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Anggie Aprilia ID: 1352007 Asthma is an inflammatory disorder of the airway. Patients experiencing episodes of coughing, wheezing, chest like tied, and dyspnea (shortness of breath), which often worsen at night or early morning. Writing scientific papers in the background back by the number of patients with asthma bronchial has increased in Bandung Adventist Hospital and is predicted to increase in the 10 next years in Indonesia. The purpose of this paper to give a real picture in the implementation of nursing care in patients with bronchial asthma with nursing process. Method used in the preparation of this paper is the method of observation, interviews, documentation, literature, and studies of electronic media. Nursing diagnoses that appears is the ineffectiveness of the airway, damage to gas exchange, changes in nutrition less than body requirements, lack of knowledge, and emotional disorders: anxiety. The results of nursing care in patients over three days showed that the nursing diagnosis ineffective airway, changes in nutrition lack of demand, and lack of knowledge can be resolved, while the nursing diagnoses disruption of gas exchange and emotional disorders: anxiety resolved in part. Monitoring breathing patterns, the provision of semi-Fowler position on the patient, and teach effective cough needs to be done on a regular basis in order to address the nursing diagnosis.
