TINGKAT STRES PERAWAT DI RUANG KRITIS BERDASARKAN UNIT, POSISI, DAN JENJANGKARIR RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT SURVEY OF NURSES IN THE CRITICAL STRESS UNDER THE UNIT, POSITION, AND LEVELS OF CAREER ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG Susi Susanti NIM: 1251063 Work stress on caregivers can occur if the nurse on duty get a workload that exceeds his ability so that nurses are not able to fulfill or complete the task. The results of the research interview terrhadap a nurse who worked in the critical care shows that nurses are experiencing stress at work and boredom work. Space critical care consists of Intencive Care Unit (ICU), High Care Unit (HCU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Emergency Room (ER), a nurse who works in this space often experience stress as a result of higher responsibility than to nurse the other part. The purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of stress levels of nurses in critical space based units, positions and career paths at Bandung Adventist Hospital. Subjects of this study involving 69 nurses working in critical space, comprising 23 people from the ICU, 16 of the HCU, 14 from the NICU, and 16 people from the Bandung Adventist Hospital emergency department were selected based on the total sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), which consists of 42 petanyaan differentiated based unit, position and career. Data acquisition stress levels of nurses based unit, poisisi, and a career path is calculated using the mean, then continued with a statistical test with Pearson's rho test. The results of statistical tests on the stress levels of nurses based units, positions, and career show there is sufficient evidence of significant stress levels. Conclusion The results of this study also showed that the highest stress level based unit is in the ER with severe stress level (30.62) and the lowest stress level is the level of stress in the NICU Unit lightweight (14.07). The results also showed that the highest stress level based on the position is supervisior with moderate stress levels (24.67) and the lowest stress level is a head nurse with moderate stress levels (19.94), while the highest stress level is based on a career path that is longer work 1- 5 years experience severe stress levels (25.59) and the lowest stress levels are 11-15 years career experience mild stress level.
