ABSTRACT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A NURSING CARE SERVICE QUALITY TO PATIENT SATISFACTION AT CIBABAT HOSPITAL BANDUNG This research is motivated by the many complaints of patients in a satisfaction survey concerning the presence of professional care providers are not providing health care, therefore the purpose of this study was to obtain the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in hospitals Cibabat The method used in this research is descriptive research method analytic / corrational. By using purposive sampling technique samples in this study are patients with adult men and women in Hospital Cibabat inpatient section, while data analysis technique used is the correlation analysis. The results showed that the quality of nursing services in hospitals Cibabat fit in either category with a percentage of 83.39% and the level of patient satisfaction in hospitals Cibabat categorized very well with a percentage of 84.52%. Jam it obtained that the quality of nursing services at the level of patient satisfaction has a positive and significant correlation with a correlation coefficient of 0718. which indicates that there is a strong relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction. Suggestions for the hospital well continue to optimize service quality and manage the performance of hospitals that contribute to patient satisfaction rates in accordance with the expectations of the patient while the patient can submit complaints and suggestions if there are things or services are rated less than satisfactory so that the subject of evaluation for the hospitalization in an effort to improve the quality of service Keywords: nursing care service quality, patient satisfaction
