ABSTRACT Tn. M IN NURSING CARE INTERFERENCE WITH URINARY SYSTEM: CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE AT THE THIRD FLOOR IN RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG Lamsri Manik ID: 1352015 The background of this paper, a disease of chronic renal failure (CRF) is a decrease in kidney function persistent and irreversible. And cronik kidney disease is a global health issues including Indonesia around 220,000 clients who undergo hemodialysis in 2010.Medical record data in RumahSakit Advent Bandung patients with chronic renal failure is increasing every year that in 2013 there were 61 cases of chronic renal failure, in 2014 there were 68 cases of chronic renal failure, in 2015 there were 111 cases of chronic renal failure, and in 2016 of January until March there were 21 cases of chronic renal failure.The purpose of this scientific paper is to give a real picture in the implementation of nursing care.The method used in scientific papers are interview, observation, documentation, literature and electronic media. Diagnosis is a disorder that appears a sense of comfort, nutrition less than body requirements, disorders of fluid and electrolyte balance, activity intolerance, and emotional disturbance.The results obtained after performing nursing care for three days showed that nursing diagnosis of emotional disorders, nutrition less than body requirements and fluid and electrolyte balance disorders can be resolved.While, that is still unresolved is the sense of comfort and nuisance activity intolerance.The conclusion that because of the cooperation between nurses, clients and families so that the data obtained clearly and accurately.
