ABSTRACT NURSING CARE PLAN MES. I WITH CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM HYPERTENSION OF ADVENTIST UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA CLINIC Yuniati Ataupah NIM: 1152038 The writing of this paper is according to the report results of Adventist University of Indonesia’s Clinic, that about 677 patients have the symptoms of hypertension. This paper is structured to give the writer the real experience in providing nursing care to patients in Ny.I who experience; cardiovascular system disorders hypertension by using the care process. The methods used in this research are descriptive method and data collection using the techniques: observation, interviews, documentation and library studies.Hypertension is a condition where the systolic blood pressure is above 140 mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg. Hypertension can be caused by kidney disease, hormonal disorders, drugs, kuartasio aorta, pre-eclampsia in pregnancy, proofread, acute intermittent and poisoning. The signs and the symptoms experienced of the patients with hypertension can include: headache (heaviness in the nape), palpitations, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, tremotor, pain in the chest, epistaxis, blurred vision or double, tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and insomnia. Problems experienced by patients include: pain (acute), interference patterns of nutrition, personal hygiene disorders, impaired sense of comfort, feel pain in the pit of the stomach, headache, intolerance activity, and lack of knowledge.As the conclusions, when conducting studies on Ny.I is not all symptoms in theory appeared. Due to time constraints, the authors can assist and provide nursing care as possible. To achieve maximum health services, much needed cooperation between nurses and other health care team.Advice that can be given by the author especially to nurses is if we want to improve the health of our clients or patients, we need to increase our knowledge about hypertension first, especially in health education.
