ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON BEHALF OF “N” WITH IMMUNE SYSTEM DISORDERS: KAWASAKI DISEASE PEDIATRIC ROOM ADVENTIS HOSPITAL BANDUNG PUTRA RAMDANI NIM: 1352004 Kawasaki disease (KD) is the primarily disease that leading cause of acquired heart disease and death. Kawasaki disease is an acute self-limited vaculitis of childhood is characterized by fever, bilateral nonexudative, conjunctivitis, erythema of the lips and oral mucosa, changes in the extremitis, rash, and cervical lymphadenopaty. Coronary artery aneurysm or ectasia develop in 15% - 20% of untreated children and may lead to ischemic heart disease of the sudden death. The goal of this paper is decribing the nursing actual care with descriptive method, collecting data, interview, observation, documentation, and literature. The concept Kawasaki Disease is decreasing then immune system that characterized by continuous high fever. Kawasaki Disease should be given the right treatment according with the correct nursing process including intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The asessment of Kawasaki Disease will be lead into sign and symptom of Kawasaki Disease such as high fever, hipovolemia, erythema of the lips and oral mucosa, nutrition imbalance, and deficiency of knowledge.
