PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PENGENDALIAN INTERN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL PADA PT GENERAL SUPPLY AND SERVICE INDONESIA

ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF THE ORGANIZATION’S COMMITMENT AND INTERNAL CONTROL ON THE MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE IN PT GENERAL SUPPLY AND SERVICE INDONESIA By Sitanggang Dedy Junianto The purpose of this research is to know how the organization’s commitment of and internal control can influence the performance of managerial, and then to understand how far the commitment of the organization, and how the activities of internal control effect on managerial performance in PT General Supply and Service Indonesia. In this research, the writer used the descriptive method, where data were collected to produce information’s that are needed to analyze the problem. The data obtained were processed and analyzed by SPSS 21st version. Then writer spread the questionnaires to be filled by all employees. The measurement scale used likert scale, correlation rank spearman and multiple regression analysis and use test statistic t and f α = 0.05. Based on statistical analysis using a correlation coefficient formula spearman rank, then obtained the results of a coefficient corelation or rs = 0.684 that gives an indication that the influence between the commitment of the organization on managerial performance was stronged, and obtained the results of a correlation coefficient or rs = 0.493 that gives an indication that the influence between internal control on managerial performance was medium. The hypothesis test in partial show that the significant relationship, for the impact of the commitment of the organization with managerial performance with ttabel > thitung which is 2.632 > 1.771, can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted that means there was a significant and positive relations, and for the relationship between internal controls with managerial performance with tabel > thitung which is 0,408 < 1.771 can be concluded, that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected means there is no relation significant and positive impact. The hypothesis test of f is simultaneously hyphothesis with fhitung > ftabel which is 7.392 > 3.287 can be concluded that the commitment of the organization and internal control impact is significant simultaneously on managerial performance. The amount of the commitmen of the organization and internal control influence is 55.2% while and the other percentage is 44.8% is influenced by the other variables that are not included in this research.
