ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF THIRD PARTY FUNDS TOWARDS PROFITABILITY IN PT. BPR MANGUN PUNDIYASA By Minar Stefanny Banks in Indonesia having the same purpose was to collect and disbursing funds. The principal activity of bank exercises collecting fund from third party funds in the form of deposits and savings and distributing funds in the form of credit. Both those activities was intended to produce profit as seen from return on assets (ROA). The purpose of research that I have done to learn about how the third party funds, determine the level of profitability, and the effect of third party funds toward profitability in PT. BPR Mangun Pundiyasa. The methodology of the study used descriptive method. Data collection techniques used data on primary and secondary data that by which annual financial report 2009- 2013 and analysis of data used regression analysis, correlation analysis, the hypothesis and coefficients determination. Testing the data analysis used calculation manually and SPSS. The research results shown that the development of third party funds increased during the year 2009-2013 one in which the development of third party funds the highest 2013 as much as 44,57% and those who fund the development of the lowest in 2011 as much as 7,82%. And to a degree the ratio ROA the highest in 2011 as much as 9,94% and the lowest in 2009 was 6,24%. And in terms of the result of reckoning statistics had in count that the result of the regression can equation Y=0,081-1,30X. A correlation coefficient shown r=-0,2850 one which there was a correlation to the prejected low negative relations equate third party funds against profitability has links that which was inverse.
