ABSTRACT THE LEVEL OF PATIENT SATISFACTION TOWARD THE NURSE SERVICE AT EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OF BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Arranged by : Rindarti Matania Ginting 1451031 This research is bassed on the important role of hospitals in efforts to iprove the health of the community; therefore hospitals are required to improve their quality of service. Nursing service is determined by five dimensions that is reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of patient satisfaction toward the nurse service at Emergency Department of Bandung Adventist hospital. This research uses a descriptive method with quantitative approach, in the form of gatheringdata until it produces an information that is needed in analyzing problems. Techniques of collecting data was questionnaires. The sample collection technique hasbeen performed by using purposive sampling and the sample are 104 people. the data analysis uses the Mean formula. The result of this research indicated that the level of patient satisfaction toward the nurse service at Emergency Department of Bandung Adventist hospital is in the category of very satisfied. And for dimension with the most satisfaction is Tangible dimension in the category of very satisfied. While for dimension with less satisfaction is responsiveness dimension but still in the very satisfied category. Keywords: Patient satisfaction, Nurse services, Emergency department
