ABSTRACT NURSING CARE TO MR. S WITH RESPIRATORY SYSTEM DISORDERS: PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN TIRTH FLOOR ADVENTIST HOSPITAL BANDUNG VICTOR BETWIN SATTU ID: 1552053 This scientific study is written based on from the World Health Organization (WHO, 2013) reporting as many as 8.9 million TB patients with a proportion of 80% in 22 developing countries including Indonesia. The purpose of this scientific paper can apply nursing care to Tn.S with respiratory system disorders: Pulmonary Tuberculosis using holistic care approach. The method that being used are descriptive method by the way of data collection through observation, interview, documentation, and the study of electronic media. After did nursing to for Mr. S, with pulmonary tuberculosis, four nursing diagnoses were obtained: ineffective airway clearance, impaired gas exchange, imbalanced nutrition: less than body requirements, risk infection. At the assessment stage, at the review stage the ronchi was found on chest auscultation examination, and X-ray examination was performed. After the author do three-days treatment of the four diagnoses there are two diagones that are resolved and two are not. Overcome diagnoses that are resolved are imbalanced nutrition and risk infection. An unresolved diagnoses are the ineffective airway clearance and impaired gas exchange. Suggestions that the author can provide in order to be input for nurses in providing nursing care in patients with respiratory system disorders: Pulmonary tuberculosis, and to increase knowledge in preventing the occurrence of various things that are not mitigated and at risk of causing pulmonary Tuberculosis disease.
